Fernando and his team were very good throughout the process. I appreciate the COO (Jim) and Product Manager (Kurt) stopped by the house to make sure I was being taken care of during the process. 

We have been extremely happy with Greg and his team. He is competent and thorough in his work. Greg's concern for comfort was appreciated. He is a good person and nice to be around. 

Carlos was fantastic and very patient with us. He made this experience better!
