We take great pride in implementing proper training for our staff.  Our training program consist of a three prong approach to ensure that everyone from out technicians to our office staff have the proper knowledge base to assist you with your restoration needs.

Our first approach is to utilize the resources that SERVPRO Industries offers called SERVPRO U.  SERVPRO U has a large training database of videos and articles that cover every topic of restoration and can be geared for the first time technician all the way to the more advance learning tools for Crew Chiefs, Job File Coordinates, Project Managers and Production Managers. Here at SERVPRO of Gilbert, Chandler S., Ahwatukee and S. Tempe we regularly utilize this training in our approach to better educate our staff.

We also designate “trainers” which are those individuals with advanced knowledge to train newer team members when out in the field working.  This gives out newer staff hands on training and instruction.

Finally, we invest in getting our crew certified in the various certification through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration or the IICRC.  The IICRC is the managing body that sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries.  Here are SERVPRO of Gilbert, Chandler S., Ahwatukee and S.
