The SERVPRO theme for 2022 is “Building Teams and Achieving Dreams.” It’s another way of saying every "One Team MVP" added to our team is a valuable new partner in achieving dreams. We work together because each of us can achieve individual goals and aspirations by being a partner in the SERVPRO brand. Each of us IS the SERVPRO brand. 

The SERVPRO Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Core Values are the foundation that aligns our professional priorities. And regardless of the opportunities and challenges we face as team leaders or business owners, we know every quality teammate is a partner in achieving our respective aspirations. "Building Teams and Achieving Dreams" is exactly what has made SERVPRO such a successful brand and team!

In fact, retaining quality people and recruiting quality new teammates is the top priority of every manager and leader. It’s not about being perfect, but it is being focused on the traits that make "One Team MVP’s" so valuable:

• Do the right thing. In every decision, there is the “right thing” and there is the decision we make. When our decisions are the “right thing for the right reason,” we exemplify real leadership.
• Lead by example. As leaders, that which is said and done is often emulated by teammates. Every teammate within SERVPRO is a leader of their role and it is important to lead by example every day!
• Serve others. Adding value to others is the key to serving others. Hiring, mentoring, coaching, collaborating with teammates, listening, empathizing, and responding with actions that solve problems with our customers and clients—that’s serving others and exemplifying “SERVice by PROfessionals.”
• Stay positive. Life is a challenge, and our reactions to life’s challenges determine our destiny. No matter the challenge, there’s always the “most positive action we can take to improve the situation.” Staying positive is simply focusing and taking action on solutions.
• Hustle. Focus on priorities and do the work with your best effort . . . consistently! That’s hustle!
• Grind. Never, never, never quit. Stay in the fight and finish the work. That’s what grinders do!
• Collaborate. One Team MVPs communicate. They ask questions and listen. They proactively communicate to ensure everyone stays on the same page. They work well with others. They are quality people who care about real teamwork, and they hold one another accountable for achieving the team priority goals. One Team MVPs collaborate!
