Business Flood in Gilbert, AZ

These before and after photos show a water loss job at a commercial business in Gilbert Arizona.  When water losses occurs in business’s the objective is to get the business up and running as soon as possible so as to avoid loss of income and production for that business.  The before photo shows the initial process of getting dryers set up to get the drying process started.  The after photo shows how in select situations we are able to remove the vinyl molding at the base of the wall and drill several ½” holes every foot along the base.  This helps increase the circulation within the wall and speed up the drying process while avoiding cutting into the drywall.  When the area is completely dry it is then easy to fill in each hole and replace the vinyl molding.
